FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE OF COLLEGE SECRETARY

  • Supervise over administrative matters and personnel of the School.
  • Keep permanent records of the faculty, teaching affiliates, and personnel of the School.
  • Keep and monitor the financial records of the School.
  • Execute decisions of the different School Committees and university authorities affecting personnel.
  • Prepare the annual budget for administration and consolidate the budget of all the offices of the School.
  • Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Dean.
